This Led uses an Epistar Chip with very good matching in voltage current and colour output.

The colour is appropriately 8000k +|- 2% in the white spectrum. VF is 3.0-3.2

The Round head style of LED in generally used in indicator lights, traffic lights, signal lights etc, but can be used in any general led projects. The Round top gives it a good forward direction of viewing angle, with very little on side view, where the concave led is 360 degrees.
